1. First, select how much space in the boot you want to use for the dog. The depth, height, width and angle of inclination are adjusted to the vehicle with millimetre precision. The sizes are only reference values. S (1/3) approx. 64x64x60 M (2/3) approx. 80x85x70 L (3/3) approx. 95x96x72

The Dog Steps Module

Dog & Drive dog steps have been specially designed to relieve pressure on joints and prevent mobility problems. They provide valuable support for older dogs, puppies and dogs with limited mobility.

The gentle and stable access protects hips and joints - for maximum safety, comfort and style on every journey.

The Dog Crate Module

Most dog crates are designed solely to secure the dog. The Dog & Drive crate, on the other hand, takes the dog's needs into account. It is custom-made and uses a shock-absorbing fibreglass mesh shell designed to reduce the forces acting on the dog during sudden movements. The dog crate module comes with the cushion module included.

The Bed Module

Would you rather not have a dog crate? Then this high-quality bed module is just right for you! The bed module impresses above all with its individual fit: the cushions are tailor-made for your vehicle model and make optimum use of the available space in the boot. The high-quality upholstery made from fine, handcrafted materials ensures that your dog can lie comfortably and relax even on longer journeys. The bed module also makes a visual statement: it looks elegant and high-quality and is much more than just an ordinary dog bed. At the same time, the focus is on your dog's comfort, as the upholstery supports their joints and helps them to remain calm and relaxed during the journey.

The Cushion Module

The cushion module is a custom-made cushion that completely covers the floor of your boot and is optimally tailored to your vehicle. It is made from the same high-quality materials as the bed system and offers your dog a comfortable, stable place to lie down. It combines elegant design with a high level of comfort while protecting the boot floor in everyday use.

Production

At Dog & Drive, almost the entire product development process is carried out in-house: from concept development and prototype construction to manufacturing in factory quality. The team, which consists of practice-oriented engineers and specialists in manufacturing and quality control, has set itself the goal of creating the perfect product. This combination has enabled the team to develop a product that takes the quality, functionality and aesthetics of their dog access aid to a very high level.

Materials

Dog & Drive focuses on quality. Only the highest quality materials are used. For example, a V4A stainless steel alloy is used, which is also used in yacht construction and offers optimum corrosion protection. In addition, the company uses techniques and materials from the aerospace industry to create lightweight and rigid structures. Carbon fibre reinforced plastic is ideal for the base of their stairs, as when used correctly, it combines uncompromising lightweight construction with high load-bearing capacity. To ensure your dog's comfort during the journey, breathable Gore-Tex material is used in combination with high-quality synthetic and genuine leather.

Safety information

To ensure that the dog transport system lasts for a dog's lifetime, Dog & Drive bases its development, production and quality control on DIN 9001. Young and lively dogs in particular can exert considerable force on the stairs. By applying high safety factors when calculating the forces involved, they ensure that the stairs meet these requirements. In addition to this analysis, the team subjects each staircase to a series of tests before delivery, in which the most stressful scenario is simulated extensively.

Delivery information

If the product is in stock, shipping or installation in Basel can take place within a week. For custom-made products, the delivery time can be up to six weeks, depending on the complexity and order situation. As soon as we have received your payment, we will inform you of the approximate delivery time. Before production begins, we will send you an order confirmation so that you can check all the information again.

Care instructions

Light soiling can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.
