Paw & Property has been offering dog care services since 2017, and in 2022 we launched maisonBo, an online shop offering products for dog owners. We understand our customers' needs and know how difficult it can be to find the right transport solution for your car.
An innovative travel system that combines dog stairs and dog transport in one design.
Step 1 - Select construction method
You can choose between the following travel systems:
Stairs (56 cm or 86 cm) without travel system
Stairs (56 cm or 86 cm) with customised travel system
Tailor-made, individual system, tailored entirely to your wishes and the needs of your dog (please contact us by email or via the contact form).
Step 2 - Select size
Select the right size for your vehicle: 1/3, 2/3, entire boot - there is a suitable solution for every transport situation.
If you are unsure whether the system is suitable or which one you should choose, please feel free to contact us and we will check it for you.
The travel systems are tailor-made with optimal space (angle, depth and width as desired). Please write your car make, model and year in the notes when checking out.

We offer Dog & Drive travel systems in various designs:
Dog cushions in various colors
Aluminium profiles of the dog transport box in silver or black edition
Fixed screw connection or quick-release function for the stairs
Carbon look of the stairs or rubber coating
Stairs with or without anti-slip mats

Dog crate or dog stairs?

The Dog & Drive dog steps are much more than just a practical aid for getting in and out of the car. They protect your dog's joints - and your back - while also ensuring safety in everyday life.
Jumping out of the boot is particularly stressful for older dogs, large breeds or four-legged friends with joint problems. With these sturdy, well-designed steps, your dog can get in and out of the car in a controlled and pain-free manner.
Clever 2-in-1 system
The dog steps not only serve as a convenient aid for getting in, but also as a safe barrier - similar to a crate door. It's that simple: Equip your boot with a custom-made dog bed or a comfortable cushion. Position the stairs in front of it. Fold them up - and you have a protected area for your dog. You get a safe transport solution without having to put your dog in a classic, cramped crate.

Another big advantage: When you open the boot, your dog cannot jump out uncontrollably. The steps act as a barrier and give you the peace of mind you need to put him on the lead first.
You can then open the stairs easily with one hand, allowing your dog to descend in a controlled and safe manner without putting strain on their joints.

Individual and flexible
The carbon fibre dog staircase is lightweight and so robust that it is the only system you need for everyday use.
The material has been tested by Dog & Drive with 70 kg over 15,000 cycles, which corresponds to more than 10 years of everyday use.
The dog steps are securely anchored in the boot via four fixing points, fit in most vehicles and can be removed in seconds thanks to the quick-release system. The steps can be folded up compactly and easily with just one hand and locked upright in the boot. The position of the lock prevents your dog from jumping out of the boot unintentionally.
All Dog & Drive products are individually adapted to your vehicle to ensure a perfect fit and optimal use of space.

What is the best way to start the selection process?
First, ask yourself what your needs and your dog's needs are. Should it be easy for your dog to get in and out, and be gentle on its joints? Take a look at the stairs. Do you need protection for your dog during the journey? Take a look at the crate and bed options. Can I buy the dog stairs on their own?
Yes, and that's what it's designed for! Depending on your needs and how you use your boot, the dog steps are enough to allow your dog to get in and out comfortably and prevent them from jumping out. If you have a small dog or only want to use half of the boot, there is the perfect combination of narrow dog steps and a divider and/or a small dog crate. Click here to go directly to the steps!
When will I receive my order?
All Dog & Drive products are individually and carefully assembled for you at the manufactory near Cologne, Germany. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on the order and are approximately 4-8 weeks after receipt of payment. Products in stock can be picked up immediately at the showroom. We will keep you informed about the process.
Where are the products manufactured?
All Dog & Drive products are manufactured locally near Cologne, Germany. The materials come from all over Europe. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and manufactured in the most environmentally conscious way possible.
Can I modify my order?
We will always contact you with a "ready to print" confirmation before production begins. However, you are welcome to contact us at any time via the contact form or at shop@maisonbo.ch to adjust your order.
Minor changes can be made as long as the ordered products are not yet in production. Major changes, such as a new layout or different products, require new planning and incur additional costs.
