Refund policy
Returns
Items may be returned up to 14 days after receipt*. Items must be returned to Paw & Property KlG in their undamaged original packaging and following prior consultation. Returns are only permitted if the items are in perfect condition and are new. A receipt or a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the return. If returning items by parcel, the customer bears the costs and risk of the return. If the customer is entitled to a refund or other credit, this will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers. Dog & Drive dog stairs and bespoke products are also excluded from returns and exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@maisonbo.ch. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, or at the latest within 3 days, if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 30 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund. If more than 40 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at shop@maisonbo.ch.
