Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally, but mostly in Europe. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and manufactured under fair conditions. If you would like to know where a specific product was manufactured, please feel free to contact us using the contact form.
When will I receive my order?
We try our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary between 3-10 days depending on your location.
How are maisonBo products delivered and how much are the shipping costs?
Shipping with Swiss Post is calculated based on the items in your order. You will always be informed of the shipping price before making your purchase. Purchases with a value of CHF 100 or more are shipped free of charge within Switzerland.
What are the return conditions?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution together with you. Please report damaged goods to us immediately upon receipt so that we can organise a replacement.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
