Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 days of receipt of the order and payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or the item is out of stock. Custom-made items (such as products from Dog & Drive) are usually delivered within 4–8 weeks.

If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is out of stock, the order will not be shipped until all items are available. For partial delivery, please contact us at shop@maisonBo.ch.

Delivery costs CHF 12 for orders under CHF 150. Orders of CHF 150 or more are delivered free of charge. *Dog & Drive products are partially exempt from this rule.

Local collection in Basel is free of charge, except for some Dog & Drive products. Please arrange an appointment with us for collection as soon as you receive the email confirming that the goods are available.

We now offer local delivery for CHF 10. This applies to a 3 km radius around the shop and can be selected at checkout if the customer’s address falls within this radius. Please arrange a delivery time with us as soon as you receive the email confirming that the goods are ready for collection.
