Mattress

Wet wash with commercially available mild or wool detergent at temperatures up to 30°C. Avoid using highly bleaching or chemically aggressive detergents, as residues of these additives can damage the viscoelastic foam during subsequent drying.

After washing and rinsing, remove as much water as possible by spinning. It's best to let the drained mattress air dry on a rack. However, it can also be tumble dried at up to 60°C.

The pillow fillings are made of an extremely soft, open-cell foam. To maintain the excellent properties of this material over time, the pillows should be cared for and cleaned according to the material's specifications.

The best way to clean the cushions is to wash them with a standard mild detergent at temperatures up to 60°C. We advise against using detergents containing strong chlorine or chemically aggressive detergents. A brownish discoloration of the foam cannot be avoided, but it does not affect the quality.

After washing and rinsing, remove as much water as possible through the spin cycle. It's best to let the drained pillows air dry on a rack. The pillows can also be tumble dried up to 60°C, but be careful not to overdry them.

To ensure that the box bed retains its shape over time, it must be shaken regularly.

Cover

The cover is machine washable at 30°C or can be dry cleaned. Allow the cover to air dry on a rack after washing. The cover can be ironed at a low temperature after washing.

For easy cleaning in between, dog hair can easily be beaten out or vacuumed with the upholstery brush on your vacuum cleaner. To remove stains from fabric, press a damp cloth onto the stain and wipe the fabric clean in circular motions. Repeat the process if necessary. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent can be used.

When cleaning, please avoid using solvents/concentrated abrasives or solvent-based cleaning products containing DMF (dimethylformamide), ketones, esters, methylbenzene or toluene.
