Product description

With the Mio dog basket from MiaCara you bring unique design into your home or onto your terrace.

Designer Shigeo Mashiro placed particular emphasis on combining a flowing, soft shape with a robust material. The result is a curved body with an asymmetrically placed cutout that serves as both an entryway and a comfortable head and paw rest.

The Mio dog basket impresses with its particularly robust material, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its aluminum frame, the Mio dog basket is relatively lightweight, allowing it to be relocated at any time. The rope weave is lightfast and weatherproof, making it completely suitable for outdoor use. The dimensionally stable and water-repellent mattress ensures optimal sleeping comfort. The removable, washable cover is also available separately.

Care instructions

Corpus

Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary. The polypropylene rope mesh can be washed with water.

Mattress

The mattress is machine washable at 40°C. Please avoid bleaching or harsh detergents. After washing, let the mattress air dry on a rack; do not tumble dry.

The cover and mattress are water-repellent, but not waterproof due to the seams, so please bring the pillow into a dry place in heavy or persistent rain.

Cover

The cover is washable at a maximum of 40°C (gentle cycle). After washing, let the cover air dry on a rack; do not tumble dry. If necessary, iron the fabric only on the lowest setting (synthetics) – without steam!

For easy, uncomplicated cleaning in between, simply vacuum the fabric with an upholstery brush.

The water-repellent and lightfast fabric is easy to care for and abrasion-resistant, so you can remove stains, dirt, and dust with a cloth or the upholstery brush on your vacuum cleaner. Please remove stains immediately before they can penetrate deeper into the fabric.

For long-term durability, we recommend that you do not leave the cushion or the body outdoors in rain or moisture, but store it in a protected and dry room.
